MuskokaRegion.com link: Feds in Muskoka to announce $4.4 million in infrastructure funding
The federal government is investing more than $4.4 million in Parry-Sound-Muskoka and Haliburton County.
With the Black Bridge in Bracebridge as a backdrop, MP Marco Mendicino, parliamentary secretary to the minister of infrastructure and communities — and on behalf of the minister of rural economic development — made the announcement on Friday, Aug. 16.
“Infrastructure is vital for the economy, but it is also vital for the safety of our residents’ lives,” said Mendicino.
